If quarters are shared by an fficer entitled to free quarters. with one or more officers not s♦ entitled, the rent payable shall be half of the highest rent which any one f the officers not entitled to free quarters would pay if he were the sole ⚫ccupier.

An officer does not share premises in the meaning of this Order if another lives with him in the temporary absence of his dependants for not more than two months.

112. SUBLETTING ETC. PROMI,ITED. Except with the permission of

the Government and on such conditions as it may prescribe, n. officer shall let, hire out, sublet or take any paying guest in his quarters or any premises for which he draws rent allowance.

113. FUEL AND LIGHT ALLOWANCE.

tenement to another by the Stores Department without charge if he is required so to remove by the Government and either he is entitled to free quarters er is moving for the purposes of his work.

C. Rules for Occupation of Quarters.

Occupants of Government quarters are responsible for keeping
